Registration Fee

The fee includes all conference sessions; Wednesday continental breakfast, lunch, and evening reception; Thursday continental breakfast and lunch; Friday continental breakfast; and all scheduled refreshment breaks. A one-day registration fee for Wednesday or Thursday is also available. Please see the registration form for specific rates.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by April 17. No refunds will be honored after April 17.

Hotel Accommodations

The Renaissance Austin Hotel (9721 Arboretum Boulevard, Austin, TX, 78759) extends a room rate of $189 single/double.  To receive this special rate, your reservation must be made by Monday, April 17, or until the block is full. Click here to reserve your room online or call the hotel at 512-343-2626 or 800-468-3571 and mention that you are registered for the TMHRA Annual Conference. If you encounter any problems, please call the hotel directly at 512-343-2626.

Please be aware of housing poachers if contacted about booking hotel rooms for the 2017 TMHRA Annual Conference. The only TMHRA-endorsed hotel for this event is The Renaissance Austin. Please note we are NOT working with any other companies to provide housing. If you receive any pirating emails or calls, please refer them to Lavern Gaines at lavern@tml.org or 512-231-7447.

Continuing Education Credit (CEU)

Individuals may submit program information to their certifying agency to determine if continuing education units (CEUs) or other credits may be applied. TMHRA does not pre-certify sessions for credit. CEU forms will be available online at www.tmhra.org.

Seminar Materials

All speaker papers will be posted on the TMHRA website at www.tmhra.org (under “Events”) for attendees to download in advance.

Confirmation/Name Badge

Your confirmation and conference badge will be mailed to you in advance.  Please remember to bring your confirmation and badge to the conference.

Special Accommodations

If you are in need of assistance of any kind, including if you have any special dietary needs (such as allergies, restrictions, or sensitivities to particular ingredients) or need mobility, audio-visual, or other assistance, please contact Lavern at 512-231-7447 or lavern@tml.org.

Dress Code

The conference dress code is CASUAL. Remember, the weather will be hot outside, so dress for comfort. Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions, in the event the rooms are cool.
